This is a private gravel road located less than a mile to the beach access. It's hard to find 1/3 acre lots south of 98 that are completely buildable. An environmental study would be needed in order to determine the wetland delineation. Mitigation is required, as well as an approval from the DEP. It sounds more intimidating than it really is. The approval process takes about 2-3 months. There are several companies that run the application for you. Filled with beautiful native plants and backs up to Cypress Breeze Plantation neighborhood. The adjacent lots can be purchased as well for added privacy or a family retreat. Close to the Timpoochee/Longleaf Trail which provides trail-goers scenic views of marsh lakes, sandy dunes and coastal neighborhoods.
